In order to promote integrated and coordinated development of aging industry, the government has advocated the social capital entering the elderly heath care industry. The SOHO Holdings Group responses positively and grasps the opportunity of structural reform of supply side to take health industry as one main business. It creates the SOHO health elderly care park. This project plans to build six functional areas including medical rehabilitation area, recreational area spa, finance and trade zone, ecological health zone and elderly care apartment. The conceptual design is carried out by renowned design firms. In 2016, the project was listed in the"2016 Major Investment Plan of Jiangsu Province", "Major Investment Plan under the13th Five-year Plan of Jiangsu Province" by Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province. It is also listed in "the Key Special Projects for Deprived Welfare by Jiangsu Government. SOHO Holdings Group will explore to create the whole industrial chain of elderly care: real estate, medical rehabilitation, colleges for the elderly, professional services, elderly financial trade. The project is mainly undertaken by Jiangsu SOHO Health Industry Co., Ltd. and aims to be a paradigm of first-class elderly care consociation combining elderly care and medical service.
